Uzbekistan is a country South-Central Asia and borders of Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. It is doubly landlocked but includes the southern shoreline of the Aral Sea. The country has a rich history, being in the middle of the Silk Road and has many Soviet-era architecture.
