Shibao Mountain
A fantastic nature reserve and religious site that was one of the first to be officially protected by China in 1982. There are numerous temples and grottoes as well as some fantastic views and walks amongst the old forests. Shibaoshan covers a big mountain area with its main points of interest some times distant kilometers away. Arriving there by taxi it is advisable to ask the driver to take you to some of the further temples (he will not need to pay entrance ticket), as Baoxiang Temple.

Shizishan Scenic Area
If you are looking for a place to enjoy the beauty of nature and the culture of the Yi people, you should visit the Shizishan scenic area in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture. Shizishan, which means "Lion Mountain" in Chinese, is a natural wonder that resembles a lion's head from a distance. Nine Dragons Waterfall
If you love nature and waterfalls, you should definitely visit the Nine Dragons Waterfall in Qujing, Yunnan province. This amazing scenic spot is home to ten stunning waterfalls of different sizes and shapes, each with its own legend and charm. The largest one, called the No.1 Cascade of Jiulong, is 56 meters high and 110 meters wide, and looks like a giant arch of water crashing down from the sky. Tengchong Volcano Park
Tengchong Volcano Park is located in the western parts of the Gaofenggong Mountains in the Hengduan Range. Lying at the edge of the Eurasian Plate, the cluster movement in this area is very active. The volcanoes were formed when lava, ashes and smoke were emitted during severe earthquakes.
