Ledong Hainan is described as “Little Sanya” due to its climate. In China, there are only 3 cities stay in a tropical climate, they are Sanya, Lingshui, and Ledong. But Ledong is a little different from Sanya and Lingshui. From June to November, each year is a rainy period in the south of Hainan, but Ledong is not the most amount of precipitation. Ledong is not the hottest city in summer in Hainan, is not the coldest city in winter, is not very dry when meet dry climate. When meet Typhoon, Ledong is not the most disaster place because it was protected by Jianfengling.
