Luhuitou Park

Luhuitou park is on top of the mountain in Sanya where all the green lasers are shooting out from, take the road toward Da Dong Hai, turn make a right on Li Ling Road, then go up the hill until you get to the ticket booth; from there you can either walk up the rest of the way or pay for a shuttle. . close 23:30. This is one of the tourist attractions in Sanya. On top of one of the tallest mountains in Sanya stands a statue of a deer looking back, flanked by a Li boy and a Li Girl.

Shibao Mountain

A fantastic nature reserve and religious site that was one of the first to be officially protected by China in 1982. There are numerous temples and grottoes as well as some fantastic views and walks amongst the old forests. Shibaoshan covers a big mountain area with its main points of interest some times distant kilometers away. Arriving there by taxi it is advisable to ask the driver to take you to some of the further temples (he will not need to pay entrance ticket), as Baoxiang Temple.

Shizishan Scenic Area

If you are looking for a place to enjoy the beauty of nature and the culture of the Yi people, you should visit the Shizishan scenic area in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture. Shizishan, which means "Lion Mountain" in Chinese, is a natural wonder that resembles a lion's head from a distance.
